We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage to ensure reliable and affordable delivery.

  • Carrier: United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • Method: Ground Advantage Shipping
  • Delivery Time: Typically 5 business days within the continental U.S. (depending on location)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If there are any delays in processing, we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be displayed at checkout when available.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is shipped, Bold Belly is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us at heal@boldbelly.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

For missing packages, we recommend:
✔ Checking with neighbors or your local USPS office.
✔ Confirming your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.
✔ Contacting USPS with your tracking number for assistance.
